Azarael is a hip hop artist who began writing poetry in 1989 at the age of 13.  Raised in a Christian household, he would be prohibited from listening to secular music.  His musical roots therefore stems from Classical composers from Bach to Vivaldi and Gospel artists from Andre Crouch to the Mighty Clouds of Joy.  After High School, Azarael would finally begin exploring the Hip Hop culture and took to it like a fish out of water.  His love for the artistic expression would drive him to teach himself how to not only make beats, but also how to record, mix and master his own music.  Earning two associate degrees in 2018 (Music Production, Music) and two bachelor’s degrees in 2020 (Music Industry Technology, Music Industry Business), Azarael would establish and operate Salvation Wreckordz, Tha Epicenter Studioz and the production team Da Knock Trollz.  He also started the fight against unrighteousness, branded under the name Da MuvMint (Thru Divine Alignment, we make and MUV on freshly MINTed paths).  With over 400 songs under his belt, he has decided to shift gears from being an artist, to being the CEO that is needed, in order to better operate Salvation Wreckordz and its affiliate counterparts.  To crown his music career, Azarael released his last album "Fade To Black / Facing Life" on February 27, 2023.  It is a self-produced double album and will be available only here on the label's website, bandcamp and physical CDs while supplies last.
