Waiver and Indemnity Agreement

 

1. Introduction
By participating in the SalvWreck Toy Lottery ("Giveaway"), I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Acknowledgment of Participation
I understand that my participation in the Giveaway is entirely voluntary and that I assume any risks associated with the receipt, use, or enjoyment of the toys provided.

 

3. No Warranty Clause
The toys provided through the Giveaway are given "as-is," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

 

4. Waiver of Liability
I release and hold harmless Salvation Wreckordz and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Use or misuse of the toys provided.

  • Any injury, harm, or loss related to the participation in the Giveaway.

 

5. Indemnity Clause
I agree to indemnify and defend Salvation Wreckordz and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners against all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from my participation in the Giveaway or use of the toys provided.

 

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Process of Participation

  1. Designed for younger children aged 3 to 7

  2. No legal names of children. A nickname or fictious alias will suffice.

  3. Write a short message (100 words or less) telling us why a special child in your life makes you proud of them and what about them brings the most joy to others. We’d love to know a bit about their interests or any memorable moments that highlight their personality! Please keep it simple, heartfelt, and fun—your message will serve as an entry for a chance to win!".

  5. December 9th by midnight is the deadline to enter.

  6. Livestream on Saturday, December 14th at 4pm via MuvMint TV (the link is at the top of site)

  7. Condensed repost at salvwreck.com at Noon

  8. Winner will be notified before the lottery to watch the live stream and/or rebroadcasts

  9. Name will be placed on spin the wheel app.

  10. Pickup is scheduled for December 21st

    1. Each location will choose times for their winners to pick up their prizes
